Return & Refund Policy – Special Events Unlimited

At Special Events Unlimited, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, and formal wear. Due to the nature of formalwear and special occasion garments, our return policy is designed to maintain quality standards while providing fair and transparent conditions.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be requested for return within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, altered items or items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or specially ordered dresses

  • Altered garments

  • Final sale items

  • Accessories (when marked as non-returnable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order details and reason for return

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

  4. Ship the item back in its original condition

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to product availability. If you need a different size or style, please contact us to confirm availability before returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
